Rava / Semolina Upma with veggies and peanuts.
It’s a quick fix tasty recipe when you are in great hurry .
Steps

Assemble all ingredients

Chop veggies

Put water to boil
- 4
In a moderately heated pan add oil, add mustard seeds and allow to crackle for a few seconds, add Bengal Gram Dal + Urad Dal and sauté for 1 minute, then add ginger and curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.

Now add Onion and sauté till pinkish, add carrot + capsicum + little salt + turmeric and stir fry for 3-4 minutes.

Now add semolina + chopped tomatoes + salt + sugar, mix and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.

Now add water and give a good mix. Keep stirring to prevent lump formation, Semolina will soak water and the mixture will turn thick.

Simmer for 1 minute under a low flame, add roasted peanuts and mix well.

Rava Upma is ready. Garnish with a few peanuts and it is ready to Serve.
