Baklava
I like bakalava so I tried different rolling in this recipe.
Steps

Use food processor to grind pistachio, almond and walnut. Do not make fine powder.

Spread the sheet, apply butter, do it again. Spread the nuts in straight line. Put another sheet, butter it. Repeat with other sheets.

Cover both sides and roll it. Set it in baking plate. Follow this step with other rolls. Sprinkle with grounded nuts.

Bake it on 180° for 35 minutes in preheated oven. Once it is baked, pour the sugar syrup on top of it. Sprinkle grounded pistachio generously. Keep it for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
