Boiled peeled and crummbled potatoes keep aside.

Take a mixing bowl add all-purpose flour carrom seeds salt oil mix well add water little by little make stiff dough cover for 20min.

Heat up oil in pan add cumin seeds when they crackers add ginger peas all dry spices add potatoes salt green coriander leaves chopped set aside to cool

Kned dough make eqal size balls. Grease rolling area flatten ball roal out oval shape then cut into middle make 2 parts
Take 1 part applying water over edges join sieds make cone shape. - 5
Hold in one hand add 1 tabspoon filling tap lightly bring together sides seal with water lightly press.

Deep fry the samosa till golden brown in colour and crisp.
Serve with chutney.Thank you 💕💕
