  • 500 gSweet Potatoes wedges
  • 1/1 tspCinnamon Powder
  • 300 gWater
  • 250 gVeg Oil

    Boil potatoes till 90% done, drain

  2. 2

    Now,heat up oil,when hot,add boiled potatoes and fry till golden brown or crispy edges forms

  3. 3

    Drain in a stainless bowl,drizzle cinnamon,toss

  4. 4

    Enjoy as desired 💃
