Quinoa Salad

Wash and soak quinoa for 30 minutes.

Add salt to soaked quinoa. Pressure cook for 4 whistles.

In a mixing bowl add boiled quinoa, all mentioned chopped veggies, chopped roasted almonds slices, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper powder. Mix well.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve Relish Delicious, Nutritious Quinoa Salad.
