Steps

Take a pan, add oil, heat it. Add green chilli & onion, saute it for 5 minutes.

In goes all the veggies, ginger, garlic & dhania patta, saute it for 7 minutes.

Add cooked millet now, mix it well.

In goes seasonings, mix it thoroughly.

Transfer the mixture into a mixing bowl. Allow it to cool down.

Add gluten free ata now, mix it well.

Take a baking tray, line it with butter paper, brush some oil. Make patties with small portions of the mixture. Brush lil oil onto them. Arrange them on the tray. Keep aside.

Pre heat the oven on 190 degree Centigrade. Bake patties for 20 - 25 minutes.

You can cook them an tawa (your choice) also. Brush lil oil on the tawa. Cook them flipping until light brown.

Take out in a serving dish, have it with any dip or chutney. This is baked.

These patties can be used in Burgers also..
