2 tablespoonsPure ghee
50 gmAlmond, raisin, cashew

Putt 2 tbsf puree ghee in a kdhai.

Add khoya to it and cook it till light brown for 5 minutes.

Put khoya on an open plate till it cools down.

Add bura to it and mash it with your hands.

Make pede of this mixture and decorate with nuts.

Your dish is ready to Serve.
