Steps

First wash the moong dal two to three times. Then add water and soak for two hours.

In a bowl, add chopped capsicum, onion, tomatoes, paneer, grated cheese, pepper powder, chily flakes, oregano and salt.

Then drain all the water from the lentils and take it in a mixer and make fine paste.

Then add red chilly powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt and mix it well. Now add eno and a tbsp of water and stir it.

Now heat the nonstick pan, apply the oil on it and spread the batter in round shape with a spoon, keep it slightly thick and let it rise for 2 minutes.

Then turn it over and apply the prepared stuffing on it and cover with a lid and let it rise until the cheese melt. Then turn off the gas and sprinkle chilly flakes and oregano on it and serve hot.
