1. Take poha & oats in a strainer; wash it & allow to strain water
2. Now combined all the ingredients for the cutlets except oil
3. Best is to use your fingers to mix them all
4. Now make small size ball & little flatten them - 2
5. Heat a non-stick griddle on gas put some oil to grease & put cutlets in it
6. Cook the cutlets both sides on medium heat till golden brown with applying little oil
7. Remove on absorbent paper
8. Serve hot with green coriander mint chutney &
Tomato ketchup
