Ingredients

  1. 8prawns deveined
  2. 10shallots sliced
  3. 1🍅 chopped
  4. 1 tbspginger-garlic paste
  5. leavesCurry
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 2tsps chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/4 tsppepper powder
  10. 3 tbspsoil
  11. 1/2 cuphot water
  12. Salt to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Marinate the prawns with 1 tsp chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Keep it aside for 1 hour. Then fry it till golden brown. Keep the fried prawns aside. In the same oil, add mustard seeds once it splutters, add the ginger-garlic paste and when the raw smell goes off, add the shallots and saute till golden brown. Add the curry leaves and then chopped tomato and saute till it becomes mushy.

    Add the spices one by one- chilli powder, garam masala and pepper powder and saute well and add 1/2 cup hot water and cover the kadai. Then add the fried prawns and mix well till the masala covers the prawns. Cook till the water evaporates and the masala gets incorporated. Prawns roast is ready!!!😋😋😋
