This recipe was inspired by my sister she loves eating healthy foods and most of the times i prepare the food for her,so i decided to make the salad healthy and also the dressing healthy.

Steps

Cut the cabbage and lettuce into smaller pieces

Thinly slice onions,tomato,and cucumber
- 3
Mix the chopped ingredients together And keep aside

Slice the lemon or lime into 2 (save half for garnish)
- 5
Mix the mayonnaise,dried herb mix (you can make at home by mixing dried herbs like dried oregano,dried mint,dried parsley, dried garlic etc) and Half slice of lemon in a bowl and add a pinch of sugar to balance the taste.

Drizzle the mayo herb mixture onto the chopped vegetables and mix

Finely chop the fresh coriander and parsley

Transfer the salad into a clean plate

Garnish with the fresh coriander and parsley,and the half slice of the lemon.

Another way of serving the salad is by layering the vegetables then drizzling the dressing on top and garnish,then mix when ready to eat.
