Wash the Flatten Rice or Poha with the water and keep aside

Now take a pan add oil and Mustard seeds as well as Cumin seeds and Shallow fry the boiled potato cubes
Saute for 2-3 minutes now add chopped tomato and saute for 2-3 minutes now - 3
Next add all spices to the Veggies and mix them well now add Poha and lastly lemon juice and sugar powder as per your choice and garnish some coriander leaves and Farsan Sev on the top of the Poha.

Enjoy your Morning Break fast with beverages or with some fresh fruit juice.
