Paneer Capsicum Curry

Heat oil in a pan and fry capsicum, paneer and fry for 1 minute.Then add Pepper powder, Salt and fry for 1 minute. Mix well, cook for 2 minutes on low flame.
Heat oil in a kadai. Add Cumin seeds, Garlic, Onion and mix well. Cook for 3 minutes on low flame.
Add grated Tomato, mix well and cook for 3 minutes on medium flame. - 2
Then add Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Cumin powder, Coriander powder, Salt, Besan and mix well
Stir and add Water. Boil for 3 minutes on medium flame.
Add the prepared fried paneer- capsicum into it and boil on low flame for 3 minutes. Then, add Cream. Stir well. - 3
Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in tempering pan and roast Garam masala powder, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Coriander leaves.Mix prepared tadka into the paneer- capsicum gravy. Paneer capsicum curry is ready.
