Preheat oven to 180°C.

Whisk the Margarine, Sugar, Orange Rind and Lemon Rind until light and fluffy.

Whisk in the Eggs until well combined.

Whisk in the Gluten-free Flour, Baking Powder and Water until well combined.

Line a bread pan with baking paper.
- 6
Spoon mixture into prepared pan and smooth the surface.
- 7
Bake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted in centre comes out clean.
