Whenever we want to eat something special like dhaba style all we do is go to any restaurant or any dhaba but now we don't have to go anywhere as all the same recipes with same taste can be made at home. So let's try this recipe...I'm sure you all gonna love it 😀

Take a bowl full of peas. If we are using frozen peas wash them thoroughly with fresh water.

Take a pan of water add 1 teaspoon of sugar and peas then boil the water for 1 min.

Now drain the hot water. Take a bowl of fresh water and add ice cubes to it. Now add the boiled peas. And keep it aside for a while.

Now take a kadai add 2 teaspoon ghee to it. And add 1 whole cardamom, and 2 cloves, 2 green cardamom, 2 bayleaf, 1 teaspoon of cumin, pinch of hing and mix them and cook them all.

Add chop garlic, ginger and green chillies to stir fry them. You can add paste them also.

Add onions to it and fry them. Add tomatoes to it and fry them at medium flame. Add salt to it according to your taste.

Now take a bowl add curd and then add some spices like coriander powder, garam masala, red chilli powder. Mix it with spoon and add this mixture to the the onion and tomato mixture. Add turmeric powder to it and some water now cover the kadai with a lid.

Now take the fenugreek leaves and chop them. Now take a jar and put the mixture of onion and tomatoes to it and make a fine paste of it.

Now take a kadai add ghee to it and 2-3 green chillies and hing to it. Now add the paste and cook it for a while now add the fenugreek leaves to it after that add peas to it. Mix them well.

Now add cream to it you can use the fresh cream or the amul cream. Mix them well. The recipe of Matar malai is ready to serve.
