Ingredients

15 - 20 minutes
3-4 servings
  1. 2over ripe Banana
  2. 1 cupAatta / Maida
  3. 3-4 tbspSemolina
  4. 5-6 tbspSugar (powdered)
  5. 1 tspCinnamon powder
  6. Oil
  7. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

15 - 20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mash bananas, add Aatta / Maida + semolina + Sugar + cinnamon powder + salt and mix very nicely. We need a pakodi type consistency batter, if required then only add milk otherwise not required.
    A thick yet dropping consistency batter is required.

    Heat oil, start dropping small small size batter and deep fry in medium heat till golden brown.

  3. 3

    Fritters are ready to serve.
