I have tried oven grill, pan grill but I tell you charcoal grill is always the best, that smoky rich flavour is unbeatable 😋. Looking for what to do with your Ram meat!

Cut meat into thin slices, cover with plastic and use a mallet to tenderize the meat (i.e laying and heating the pieces of meat lightly will soften the fibres of the meat making it to absorb the seasoning and marinade better. Also makes it grill/cook faster, makes the texture softer and more pleasant)

Mix the ingredients for the marinate, and marinate the meat. Cover and keep overnight or 3-5hrs in the fridge

Grind the Kuli Kuli with the attached ingredients into powder

After insert the marinated meat in skewers

Sprinkle the Kuli Kuli mix

My BBQ grill has been preheated for couple of minutes. My assorted skewers have falling in🥰. Brush with oil and grill for 10 -15 min

And then now my Suya is super ready 😋
