Steps

Wash the pumpkin leaves & cut them into pieces.

Mix it with turmeric powder, grated coconut, chopped shallots, and green chilies (sliced). & Salt. Keep it aside.

Heat a pan. Pour oil, then add mustard, when it splutters, add split the red chilli flakes, and garlic chopped, and stir it well. Then pumpkin leaves mix. Stir it for 2 min on medium flame. Close it with a lid for 2 min. Remove from heat.

Serve hot with Rice, Roti & parathas.
