Ingredients

  • 1 cupsour curd
  • 11/2 cupall-purpose flour
  • 1tspoon grated ginger
  • 1tspoon cumin seeds
  • 1tspoon chhoped curry leaves
  • Pinchassofodeta
  • 1/4tspoon baking soda
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 1/2tspoon sugar
  • For deep fryingOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big mixing bowl add all ingredients mix all well add little water it should be thick countisency.

  2. 2

    After mixing keep aside for 5-6 hours. Heat up oil in pan drop small portion of batter and deep fry all.
