Heat butter in a pan and add shah jeera. Once it splutters add chopped ginger and green chillies and saute

Now add the cashewnut melon seeds paste and keep stirring so that it does not stick to bottom.

Add grated khoa and mix well.

Add white pepper powder, add salt and sugar to taste.

Add fresh cream and mix well.

If required add water to have a mediunm consistency of the gravy,then add the paneer cubes,mix well

Add the pineapple cubes and mix. Simmer the gravy.

Crush the kasuri methi and sprinkle on top.

Prepare the rogan by just heating the ghee, add the kashmiri red chilli powder and turn off the flame. Mix well and allow to cool for a minute. Take a tbsp of it and sprinkle on top of the gravy.

Enjoy with Naan or Roti.
