Handfulbutton mushrooms sliced
Slicebread (cheese bread of possible)
Butter
Small clove garlic crushed
Quarter teaspoon whole grain mustard

Melt butter in pan with garlic

Add mushrooms and stir
3

Toast the slice of bread
4

When mushrooms have soaked up the butter and started to release their juices stir in mustard
5

Pour over the toast juice from the pan and then place mushrooms on top
6

Allow to cool slightly and enjoy
