  11. 2 bunchesfinely chopped parsley
  12. 6finely chopped tomatoes
  13. Juice of 3 lemons
  14. 1large onion
  15. 1 tablespoonsumac
  16. 1 tablespoondried mint
  17. Pinchallspice
  18. Pinchrice seasoning
  19. Salt
  20. 1 tablespooncitric acid
  21. 1/2 cupolive oil
  22. 1 cuptomato paste
  23. Chicken Wings Ingredients
  24. 4 1/2 lbschicken wings, well washed
  25. 2 tablespoonssumac
  26. 1 tablespoonchicken seasoning
  27. Juice of 2 lemons
  28. Salt
  29. 1/2 cuptomato paste
  30. 2carrots, sliced
  31. 1onion, sliced into rings
  32. 1potato, sliced

Cooking Instructions

    Place the carrots, potatoes, and onions in a pot and sprinkle with a little seasoning and salt.

    Season the chicken wings and place them over the carrots and potatoes.

    Prepare the zucchini stuffing by mixing all the ingredients together, then stuff the zucchini and place them over the chicken wings.

    Prepare the grape leaves stuffing by mixing the chopped onion with the spices and olive oil, then add them to the washed rice, parsley, and tomatoes.
