Marinate beef strips with salt, white pepper, egg and corn flour for an hour..

In a pan heat little oil add strips n cook on medium high heat for 6, to 8 min till golden brown...

Remove n set a side..

In a wok heat oil add ginger n garlic chopped with red chilli flakes..

Fry for a min then add all sauce along with water, brown sugar and black pepper..

Cook for 2,3 min..

Now add beef strips and all veggies(cut in slices)..

Give a quick mix for a min..

Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top..

Serve hot with egg fried rice..
