250 gmkarela
4onion chopped
2green chili
2 spoonfennel powder
2 spoonred chilli powder
3 spooncoriander powder
2 spoondry mango powder
1 spoongaram masala
to tasteSalt
As neededoil

Peel the karela and soak it in salty water for 1/2 hour.

Heat oil in a wok add grated onion and spices and saute it till leave the oil.

Stuff this mixture in and the karela, cook on low flame till soft the karela.

.Serve with paratha.
