  2. 2 1/2 cupscola (600 ml)
  3. 2 cupswater (500 ml)
  4. 1/2 cupcooking rice wine (100 ml)
  5. 1/2 cupsoy sauce (100 ml)
  6. 1/2 cuplow-sodium soy sauce (100 ml)
  7. 1.8 ouncesginger, sliced (50 g)
  8. 1 ouncegarlic, about 10 cloves (30 g)
  9. 1 ouncerock sugar (30 g)
  10. 1scallion, cleaned and tied, no need to cut
  11. 3medium chili peppers, no need to cut
  12. 1 teaspoonfive-spice powder
  13. 1 teaspoonpepper

    Clean and cut the pork belly.
