This has become a favorite healthy substitute for croutons on salads.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Drain the can of Garbanzo beans and spread onto a baking sheet.

Mix Olive Oil and Everglades Seasoning together and then drizzle over the Garbanzo beans.
TIP: Use a spatula to mix the beans and oil/seasoning mix thoroughly through all the beans.

Spread the beans evenly across sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes and then stir the beans around. Ensure the beans are still evenly space.

Place back in oven for 10 more minutes or until crispy. Remove from oven.

Let cool and then use as a salad topping or enjoy as a crispy snack.
