  1. 1/2 bunchwater spinach
  2. 5 ozbeef strips (about 150 g)
  3. Scallion pieces, to taste
  4. Garlic slices, to taste
  5. Salt, to taste
  6. 1 dashsoy sauce
  7. 1 dashcornstarch

    Mix the beef strips with soy sauce, cornstarch, and water, then set aside.

    Use kitchen scissors to trim the roots of the water spinach, then wash it thoroughly and cut into sections. Cut the scallions into small pieces, separating the white and green parts.

    Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the beef strips until they are about 80% cooked, then remove from the pan.

    Clean the pan, heat oil again, and sauté the minced garlic and white parts of the scallions until fragrant. Add the water spinach and salt, stir-fry, then add the beef strips and stir-fry until fully cooked. Serve on a plate.
