Beat the egg and chop all the ingredients. (Cut the tomatoes into small pieces)

Boil the carrots until half-cooked. Then drain.

Heat a little oil. Add the chili sauce and tomatoes. Stir and press the tomatoes until they are soft/smooth.

Add water. Then add chicken broth, ground pepper, and sugar to taste. Test the flavor.

Then add the carrots and sausage. Pour in the egg gradually while stirring. After that, add the green onions.

Finally, add the cornstarch dissolved in water. Stir until the soup thickens. Serve while hot.
