Steps

Place all tomatoes in a dish cover in olive oil and sprinkle pinch of salt palace in the over and cook until soft

Chop garlic, oregano, chilli flakes until fine. Place in a pan with dash of olive oil and cinnamon sticks.

Dice up fish add to the pan then add prawns.

Remove tomatoes from the oven add to the pan with fish, prawns and wine then add muscles
- 5
Cook until all muscles are open. Discard any unopened muscles
- 6
Break up bread loaf and serve from the pan.
