  • 1 CupWater
  • 1 tspTea
  • 2 tspSugar
  • 2Cardamom
  • 2Cloves
  • 1"inch Cinemon Stick
  • as requiredMini Clay pot (kuldi)

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil water and milk.Add cloves cardamom cinemon stick bring boil.Add tea sugar and bring boil 2-3 times. Stir it and filter.

    Mean while pre heat (kuldi) clay pot on a flame.
    For 10-12 min. And take in a vessel. Pour tea in a heated kuldi and it sound sizzling.

    Delicious Tandoori chai is ready to serve.
