8large Sweet potatoes
Vegetable oil
For the sauce
Sliced ring onions
Cooked beef
Scotch bonnets paste
Tomato paste
Seasoning (maggi/terra/onga)
Spices (Thyme, curry, garam masala)

Peel the potatoes wash and cut it horizontally put it in a pot and cook for 10mins

Add oil in a pan and fry till it becomes golden brown

For sauce: in a pan little add oil sliced ring onions scotch bonnet paste cooked beef and 2tbsp tomato paste stir for 5mins

Add 1cup of water seasoning and spices stir and cover it to cook for 5mins in low heat

After 5mins take it off from fire rip out a foil paper put on a hot coal put it inside the pan and add a little oil on the coal and cover immediately to smoke.
