Prepare the chicken breast by seasoning it and adding a bit of olive oil. Cook it in an air fryer for 25 minutes. The chicken will be tender and easy to eat.

Julienne the vegetables and boil the brown rice vermicelli until soft. Roll everything together using the rice paper wrappers.
