Steps

Take a grinder jar put semolina grind it to make a fine powder.Heat a Pan add 1tsp ghee put semolina stir continuously 3 -4 mints.

Add room temperature milk slowly stir continuously to make a dough.O ff the flame & cover it.

Heat a pan add 1cup sugar &1 cup water greencadamom1tsp lemonjuice & saffronstrands to make a 1tar chasni.Off the flame & cover it.Now add milk powder on semolina dough & knead it to make a soft dough.Add a pinch of baking soda and mix it well.

Dough.is ready.Divide the dough into small balls.Take one ball on your palm flate it.Heat oil put this flatten balls on oil.

When one side is nicely cooked flip it to cook other side.Cooked till its becomes golden brown.Put this on chasney, cover it & rest it 1hour.

Rakshabandhan special sweets are ready.Garnishing with grated pistachios offer load balabhadra,& your brothers.
