This Rabdi is rich and creamy and easy to make.
Steps

Take a heavy bottom pan add condensed milk and paneer mix it and cook on low flame till well combined and no lumps remain

Then add the milk and bring it to a boil stirring continuously the mixture will thicken and turn off the flame. Add rose water and cardamom and mix it, garnish with sliced pistachios and almonds.

Serve it hot or chilled malpuas or gulab jamuns or have it plain.
