On the eve 76 th celebration of independence day of my beautiful country India, this tricolour (tiranga) is prepared with semolina and natural food colours. It's very soft and spongy.
Steps

To start with, mix a cup of sour curd and a cup of water for 30 minutes.

Prepare natural green and saffron colour with their ingredients in a grinder jar.

Mix 1/2 Tsp Eno fruit salt and green paste adjusting water and place in the greased bowl. Cook for 4 minutes.

Repeat the process and then pour white and the next saffron. Steam for 20 minutes.

Cool and transfer it to the plate. Prepare the Tadka with the ingredients mentioned and spread it over the tricolor dhoka. Now the delicious Dhokla is ready to Serve.
