Ingredients

  • 200 GramsSpinach leaves cleaned, coarsely chopped,
  • 1⁄ 2 Cups Water (8 tbs)
  • 200 GramsPotato peeled and diced,
  • 1 CupGram flour (16 tbs)
  • To TasteSalt
  • 2 CupsRefined oil (32 tbs) (For deep frying)

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender, place the spinach leaves, pour water and blend to a puree.

  2. 2

    In a mixing bowl, add gram flour, pour in the spinach puree, add potato and add salt, mix to a smooth consistency.Preparing the batter

  3. 3

    In a wok, heat oil, drop tablespoons of the batter and fry until slightly crisp.frying the pakodas

  4. 4

    Serve with tamarind sauce.
