Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1Red capsicum
  • 2Tomatoes
  • Tamrind – little
  • 2Red chilly
  • 2Green chilly
  • spoonUrad dal table
  • 1 teaspoonMustard seeds
  • 1 teaspoonjeera (cumin seeds)
  • coriander leaves little
  • oil for seasoning
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Clean and cut red capsicum,tomatoes,green chilly into small pieces and keep it aside

  2. 2

    Then put a little oil in saucepan roast urad dal and redchilly and all spices till it turns golden.

    Cook capsicum and tomatoes for 5 minutes

  4. 4

    Once they are cooked add tamrind and cool it. Then grind all the ingredient in the mixer.

  5. 5

    Serve it with idly or variety rice.
