Firstly sift all the dry ingredients, and keep aside now whisk butter with powdered sugar add eggs one by one whisk it well add vanilla essence, fresh coconut, coconut milk mix well, add this wet ingredients to dry ingredients using cut and fold method..

Transfer the cake batter in to greased cake tin and bake the cake in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes on 180 degree celcius, check out with skewer whether cake is done or not, if it comes out clean then it's done, take out and let it to cool down...

Now prepare the glaze, by adding thick coconut milk/cream to powdered/castor sugar,drizzle it over the cake and sprinkle grated coconut, press gently so that coconut stick to the cake.and it's done.Enjoy...
