  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 4-5ice cube
  • 2 tbspMishri

Steps

    Take fresh malai in a bowl add little water and whisk well.

    Then add ice cube and whisk again till the makhan separates.

    Now gently collect the separated makhan and transfer into bowl.
