  • 7-8mushrooms
  • 1Shimla mirchi
  • 11 onion
  • 11 potato
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoonschezwan sauce or as per taste
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli ssuce

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut mushrooms, Simla mirchi, onion, potato, garlic

    In a pan add 1 t.spoon. oil. Add garlic, onion, potato, and Simla mirchi. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Add mushrooms. Saute for 4-5 minutes.

    Add schezwan sauce, and red chili sauce. Saute for 2-3 minutes
