Suji sheera is very popular & delicious. It prepare quick & easy to make. Here I use jaggery for sweetness. Sugar is also perfect for it, but from gud it different in taste & looks. This recipe is famous in punjab. Actually jaggery is a healthy option for sweetness.

Suji sheera is very popular & delicious. It prepare quick & easy to make. Here I use jaggery for sweetness. Sugar is also perfect for it, but from gud it different in taste & looks. This recipe is famous in punjab. Actually jaggery is a healthy option for sweetness.
Steps

Take a pan and add double the quantity of water of suji. Add gud & make sorbet. Keep it aside. Now in nonstick roast suji without ghee.

On mid-flame roast it till color changes. When 40 per roast add ghee, again roast it on low mid flame. Continue this process till suji turns in brown color.

Fry dry fruits are optional, now add dry fruits to roasted suji. Mix it properly & continue stirring. Now add jaggery water. (We should strain this water in a cloth or tea strainer)

Stir this mixture and continue. The flame should be mid. At last add butter for a more shining & creamy texture.

Off the flame & cover it with a lid for 2 min. Now it is ready for serve. Brown color sheera is ready to eat. (generally, I use less oil, cream & butter but if you like too much yummy add more ghee.) Garnish it with pistachios bura.
