1 bowlWheat flour
4potatoes, boiled
2chopped green chillies
1/2 tspcoriander powder
1/2 tspred chilli powder
As RequiredSalt
As RequiredOil

Peel and mash the potatoes. In the mashed aloo, mix all spices.

In one dough ball, add a spoonful of aloo masala

Fold it properly and roll like roti.

Then we have to roast the paratha on both sides. Now it's ready. Serve hot With curd and pickle.
