Pour 1 cup of water into a saucepan.

Crush 1-inch ginger, and cardamom and add them into the saucepan. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.

Now and sugar and tea leaves to the pan and again simmer it for 2 minutes. Now add the milk and let it boil for 3 to 4 minutes.

Your masala tea is ready. Serve it hot with your favourite biscuits.
