  • 1/2 cup bes
  • 1/3 cup Suji
  • Chilli paste 2 spoon salt as per taste
  • 1/3 spoon turmeric 1/3 s
  • Spoonbaking soda 2 spoon white till oil for frying
  • Ginger
  • garlic

  1. 1

    In a mixing bowl mixed flour suji with paste till salt and baking soda

    Then made like dough with buttermilk and made small balls and presses in the palm and fried in hot oil in low flame crispy and brown in colour
