Cooking Instructions

Wash and soak rice and dal for 20 minutes

In a pressure cooker heat up the ghee. Crackle cumin seeds. Add asafoetida.

Add rice and mung daal. then water salt and turmeric powder. Take a whistle turn off the flame.

Your healthy Khichdi is ready. Add desi ghee and serve with Achar and curd.
