Liver has fast became a staple in my house. The addiction is in being able to prepare it in several different ways each time.

Heat up 2 tablespoons butter and 1 tablespoon of oil. Add liver, seasoning and stir fry until browned on the outside but not over cooked on the inside. Set liver aside and drain juices from the pan

Add remaining butter and oil to the pan, followed by onions and garlic. Sauté until almost browned. Add tomatoes and allow to cook until you have a nice sauce

Turn down heat to medium-low, add the liver and milk mixed with Bisto. Let simmer until cooked down and sauce thickens

Serve warm 😊
