Steps

Remove the calyx and yellow androecium parts of pumpkin flowers as shown in pictures.

Wash the flowers and decant the water. Chop the flowers and other edible parts.

Add rest masala ingredients. Mix salt, rice and chickpea flour.
- 4
Make vadas. Heat oil and cook on medium flame, both sides of vadas, till they are aromatic and done.
