Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmilk
  2. 3 tablespoonssugar
  3. 1 teaspoonElaichi powder
  4. 2 dropsvanilla essence
  5. 2 tablespoonsmango custard powder
  6. 2 Tablespoonschia seeds
  7. 50 gmsBoil Falooda sev
  8. As RequiredIce cream -Garnish
  9. As RequiredNuts - garnish

Cooking Instructions

    In a saucepan add 1 cup of milk, sugar, and Elaichi powder, and stir it.

    Now after this add custard mix in the milk and continuously stir it well.

    Then add vanilla essence and mix it.

    After 5 min when the falooda comes to boil switch off the flame. And let it cool to room temperature.

    Now as it becomes cool add diak chia seeds, falooda sev in it and mix it.

    Now put this into the refrigerator to se cool completely for at least 2 hours.

    After this now garnish it in the glass step by step. So first add chia seeds. Then falooda sev.

    Then add mango falooda in it for the third layer.

    Then add ice cream on top of the mango falooda and garnish with the nuts.

    Now have it chill.
