Ingredients

6servings
  1. 1 litremilk
  2. 4 tbsvanilla custard powder
  3. 1/4 cup / as per requiredsugar
  4. 2 tbschopped almonds
  5. 2 tbskishmish / raisins
  6. 2 tbschopped kajus / cashews
  7. 1 tbscoloured balls
  8. 1 tbssilver balls
  9. 6 piecesfruit cake
  10. 6 pcswaffers
  11. 6 scoopsvanilla icecream
  12. 1/4 cupcut banana pieces
  13. 1/4 cupapple pieces
  14. 1/4 cuppomegranate kernels
  15. 1/2 cupmango small chunks
  16. 6 tbschocolate syrup

Cooking Instructions

    Boil 1 ltr milk and reduce it to 3/4.in 1/4cup of room temperature milk add vanilla custard powder making it lump free.and add to the dense hot milk.Keep on stirring so that no lumps are formed and the milk doesn't stick to bottom of pan.Add sugar and keep stirring for 4 to 5 min.Add chopped half of almond,kishmish and kajus and off the flame.

    Allow it to cool and reach room temperature..Keep in fridge and let it chill..

    To serve take the serving bowl.first lay the fruit cake pieces.then spread one layer of chilled custard. then add few apple,banana and pomegranate, mango pieces. Add little chocolate syrup on the fruits Then again give a cudtrad layer.now add vanilla icecream scoop on middle. Garnish with dry fruits, mango chunks,coloured and silver balls.I serve waffers and.Add chocolate syrup on top and let it freeze for 1/2 an hour.

    It tastes awesome when crunchy fruits bites come to your mouth with almonds and kajus.. serve ur guests with chilled custard icecream
