ADD GREEN CHILLIES AND ALLOW TO CRACKLE,ADD THAN CHOPPED ONIONS
SAUTE THEM TILL TRANSLUCENT,CUT THE NENUA BEFORE HAND
ADD THE NENUA INTO THE KADHAI & SOAK CHANA BEFOREHAND, - 2
ADD THEM AFTER NENUA,ADD POTATO,ADD HALDI
RED CHILLI POWDER
BLACK PEPPER POWDER AND SALT,MIX THEM PROPERLY, COVER AND COOK FOR 15 MIN,NENUA WILL LEAVE WATER, COOK BY COVERING TILL ALL THE WATER EVAPORATES, READY TO SERVE.
